Everybody who joins co-create is free to form a triad with two other people. These small units mark the beginning of real coordination. People read, speak, listen and begin to perceive themselves and others.
Shared Reading is the concrete practice of this relationship. One person reads what touches them. A second person reads the same passage again. After that all three share what has emerged within them. In this way perception becomes visible and relationship deepens. The focus stays only on what moved into resonance, no suggestions or solutions are expected.
From participation resonance begins to emerge. From resonance structure begins to form.
This process is recursive. What has been perceived once returns in the next step, deepens and integrates again.
