Organisation

Community & Social Processes is the relational core of the Tusknet system.
It holds the spaces where resonance, participation, and conflict become workable rather than suppressed.
This unit is grounded in process work after Arnold Mindell and in a European tradition of deep democracy. It creates environments where tensions, differences, and conflicts are not managed away but made visible, facilitated, and transformed into shared understanding and social capacity.
Community here is not consensus. It is the ability to stay in relationship when views, histories, and emotions diverge.

Space & Communications provides the connective layer of the Tusknet system.
It ensures digital sovereignty by linking Tusknet HQ Data Centers, regional infrastructures, and platforms through independent communication channels, including satellite-based networks.
As data centers move offshore and infrastructure becomes geographically distributed, sovereign communication becomes essential. Tusknet Space is designed to operate independently of commercial hyperscalers and geopolitical bottlenecks, creating resilient, secure, and autonomous connectivity for Europe.

Regions is the grounding layer of the Tusknet system.
It integrates approximately 300 - 400 European regions as active economic, social, and cultural actors within a shared European architecture.
Regions are where history lives, where wealth was created and extracted, where fear, resilience, and identity accumulated over generations. Across Europe, many regions contributed disproportionately to national and global prosperity while receiving limited self-determination in return. This imbalance shaped mistrust, resistance, and fragmentation.
Regions transforms this historical tension into a constructive force. It enables regions to become visible again as places of dignity, participation, and stability.

Development is the execution and integration layer of the Tusknet system.
It translates intention, architecture, and strategy into functioning reality across regions, business units, and infrastructures.
Where other units define capital, energy, platforms, or governance, Development ensures that ideas become implemented systems. It holds timelines, dependencies, interfaces, and learning loops across the entire organization. Development is not a delivery department but a system-building function that enables coherence at scale.

Tusknet FI is the platform that rethinks social media in Europe.
It replaces extractive attention economies with a system based on resonance, relationship, and shared awareness. The ambition is to reach 80% market share in Europe by 2030.
Tusknet FI grows out of tusknet.eu and SpiritBook. Together, they create spaces where what has remained unsaid for decades can return as language, memory, and relationship.
After generations shaped by silence, function, and obedience, Tusknet FI offers a counterpart that stays present when voices break and meaning wavers. What history fragmented and repression covered is no longer pushed away, but held in relationship.

Production is the narrative, media, and visibility layer of the Tusknet system.
It translates what emerges inside Tusknet into forms that can be seen, heard, and understood both inwardly and outwardly.
Production is not marketing. It is meaning-making.
It holds stories, images, language, sound, and formats that allow complex processes to become accessible without simplification. Tusknet Production ensures that inner coherence becomes outer clarity and that Europe can recognize itself in what is being built.

Governance forms the legitimacy and responsibility layer of the Tusknet system.
It holds the questions of mandate, accountability, contracts, organizational forms, and democratic feedback across all business units and regions.
Governance in Tusknet is understood as a living process rather than a fixed rulebook. It balances legal clarity with social legitimacy and ensures that power, responsibility, and participation remain aligned as the system grows. Governance makes it possible for complexity to remain trustworthy.

Research & Education forms the knowledge and learning layer of the Tusknet system.
It connects universities, independent researchers, educators, and learners across Europe to develop new forms of knowledge creation and humane education.
The unit questions inherited education models that separate learning from life, age from competence, and knowledge from responsibility. It explores alternatives to compulsory schooling and standardized curricula, replacing them with learning rooted in curiosity, relationship, embodiment, and social relevance.
Education is understood as a lifelong process of orientation and participation, not as preparation for a predefined role.

Data Centers form the physical and digital backbone of the Tusknet system.
They provide sovereign, resilient, and energy-integrated infrastructure for Tusknet FI, payments, regional services, and data continuity across Europe.
The first HQ locations are envisioned in Scotland, Finland, and Croatia. These places were chosen for their ecological conditions, cultural alignment, and proximity to regenerative initiatives such as the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN). The guiding principle is simple: ask the Earth what it offers and co-create infrastructure that works with natural forces rather than against them.
Tusknet HQ Data Centers are conceived as universal site models: modular, adaptive, and reproducible across regions.

Tusknet Funds form the financial backbone of the Tusknet system.
They translate collective contribution into long-term, regionally anchored capital structures that strengthen stability, development, and resilience across Europe.
Designed as an alternative to extractive finance, capital is understood as a relational instrument connecting people, regions, and future-oriented initiatives. The funds enable investment in education, care, infrastructure, energy, culture, and innovation through transparent, trust-based capital flows and sustained regional value creation. Within the Tusknet architecture, they provide a stabilizing layer that allows all business units to grow coherently over time.

Energy forms the energetic foundation of the entire Tusknet system.
It develops and operates regional, renewable energy infrastructures that provide regions, communities, and Tusknet Data Centers with stable, sustainable energy over the long term.
Energy is understood as an infrastructural prerequisite for digital sovereignty, regional resilience, and ecological responsibility.

Tusknet Pay functions as the financial engine of the Tusknet system.
Across Europe, and in regions such as Catalonia, billions of euros in taxes, fees, subsidies, and everyday transactions currently flow indirectly into the profits of global platforms and corporations. Public money and private consumption leave the region and disappear into anonymous financial structures.
Tusknet Pay reverses this flow. Instead of extracting capital, it keeps money circulating locally. Every transaction processed through Tusknet Pay creates direct feedback into regional funds. These funds finance schools, care, infrastructure, media, and culture. Participation becomes visible prosperity. A new financial logic emerges: empowerment instead of outflow, involvement instead of abstraction.
What once left the region becomes an engine for regional self-determination.
